About the Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll be on the front lines of business growth. You’ll learn the full sales process from prospecting and qualifying clients to closing deals and nurturing long-term relationships. You’ll dive deep into understanding small business needs and provide personalized lending solutions that empower them to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients via phone and introduce our lending solutions and make a strong impression
- Identify and qualify business owners based on their financial goals and funding needs
- Educate clients on funding options, rates, and repayment terms
- Manage all client interactions pipeline stages, and documentation in our CRM system (Salesforce) and track performance
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth, client-focused execution
- Maintain consistent activity of 100+ calls daily, while staying organized and motivated
- Maintain professionalism, urgency, and accountability in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in MCA, alternative lending, or small business financing (required)
- Proven success in a full-cycle sales or account management role within the MCA or business lending space
- Strong understanding of merchant underwriting basics, funding structures, and common objections
- Consistently driven by performance-based compensation with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- High-volume phone sales experience with the ability to manage pipelines, follow-ups, and renewals
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for helping small business owners access capital
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Proficient with CRMs and sales tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Nice to Have
- Experience managing renewals, upsells, and multiple positions
- Familiarity with term loans, business lines of credit, and stacked deals
- Experience working in a commission-heavy or uncapped commission environment
Work Environment & Expectations
- Full-time, on-site role at company headquarters in Las Vegas, NV
- Base salary plus commission plus quarterly bonuses
- Average total earnings: $105K–$180K+
