Job DetailsJob Location: Fresno, CA 93721Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 HourlyEssential Functions: The Account Executive, Corporate Partnership is responsible for generating revenue for the property through the sale of club-controlled inventory including stadium signage, digital assets, radio, promotional events, and hospitality entitlements. This individual will play a key role in business development and contribute to the overall success of the corporate partnership team. Qualified applicants must demonstrate a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, be willing and comfortable interacting with senior level business executives, and execute the responsibilities tied to the entitlements in related agreements. This is a full-time position that reports to the Director of Corporate Partnerships. Essential Functions: Research, prospect, and establish leads for corporate relationships. Develop unique partnership proposals to meet clients’ expectations. Maintain CRM system with prospective and active contacts to align with needs set by Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH). Weekly meeting with corporate partnership team to measure sales efforts and pathway to local and DBH-led performance metrics. Collaboration with other internal departments to ensure all needs are met for game day activations, marketing efforts, and operational requirements. All other job duties as they arise.   Qualifications  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Minimum of three (3) years of relevant sales experience. Ability to work with aggressive sales goals and expectations in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and/or game days. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred. Proficiency in CRM management systems (KORE, AirTable, or other similar software) is preferred.
