Job DescriptionWe are excited to announce an opening for an Internal Support Specialist to join our team. This role provides vital operational support across various departments at Gilsbar. If you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.
Job Duties:
Sort, scan, and distribute incoming correspondences.
Route all inbound communications through que within the Gilsbar system.
Inventory and manage supplies.
Provides support to internal departments as needed.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
General knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to adhere to a work schedule and work independently.
Proficient verbal and non-verbal communication skills; able to read and interpret documents and produce correspondences.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
