About the Role
The Role and What You’ll Do:
160over90 is seeking an Account Coordinator to join a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day servicing of clients' sports and entertainment-related partnerships. The individual will primarily support the entertainment and music partnerships and report to the team’s Account Manager, who is based in New York. The client is also based in New York.
Day-to-day support of client's marketing and sponsorship plans
Manage and ensure implementation of current contracted sponsorship assets across sports partnerships
Support programs with internal/external client partners (Advertising, Media, Social, etc.)
Support the creation and implementation of sponsorship & activation materials. This will include, but not be limited to, development of creative elements, client marketing presentations, securing approvals from key stakeholders, distribution of materials to the client
Provide and analyze industry trends, research, competitive analysis, and POVs
Ongoing exploration of music and sports partnerships strategy based on client needs
Management of internal tracking documents and monthly client reports
Generate call agendas and notes as well as handle scheduling
Support team with research requests
Monitor sports and entertainment industry news and trends

You Have These:
An undergraduate degree from a 4-year college or university.
Agency experience or previous internship is a plus.
Ability to manage the development and implementation of marketing strategy on behalf of client or company
Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with client and agency(s)
Experience working with agency partners
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally; both in writing and verbally.
Ability to proofread documents and provide quality control.
Comfortable with presenting and speaking to clients.
Ability to multi-task and organize asset databases
Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups
Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to help with any task.
Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Docs.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Rate Minimum:
$39,000.00 hourly (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum wage thresholds)Hiring Rate Maximum:
