Renewals Specialist
Kipu Health is simplifying how we price and package our platform, and we are helping customers transition to a more predictable, transparent billing model.
As a Renewals Specialist, you’ll manage your own portfolio of renewal and conversion opportunities. You’ll guide clients through pricing updates, ensure smooth contract renewals, and support their transition from legacy pricing to our new standardized pricebook.
You’ll partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance — ensuring renewals are accurate, timely, and aligned with both client needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of upcoming renewals from initial outreach through signed contract.
- Prepare renewal quotes and contract amendments in Salesforce / CPQ.
- Educate clients on pricing model changes, renewal timelines, incentives, and contract terms.
- Surface risks early and partner with Customer Success and Finance to resolve blockers.
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasting and opportunity hygiene in Salesforce.
- Follow standardized playbooks and contribute feedback to help improve them.
- Provide clear, structured communication to internal teams regarding renewal status, client objections, and contract edge cases.
- Track patterns in client feedback and share insights to influence pricing strategy and product adoption initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in SaaS renewals, account management, customer success, or sales support.
- Experience managing a renewals pipeline and negotiating contract terms with customers.
- Strong Salesforce and quoting/contract workflow familiarity.
- Clear, confident communication style, with the ability to explain pricing logic and billing updates in digestible terms.
- Highly organized and consistent with follow-up and documentation.
Preferred
- Experience with subscription migrations, pricing changes, or large-scale billing transitions.
- Familiarity with DocuSign, CPQ, or CLM workflows.
- Background in healthcare, behavioral health, or compliance-sensitive environments.
